KAYLA MCINTYRE

Kayla McIntyre is a dedicated, highly perceptive professional with a strong foundation in education and public-centered work. She brings over 14 years of experience in early childhood education, including six years as a kindergarten teacher and more than eight years as an early childhood educator. 

During her time in education, Kayla took on leadership responsibilities beyond the classroom, including planning, coordinating, and successfully execution two school-wide food drivers. These initiatives required cross-team collaboration, clear communication with families and staff, logistics coordination, and consistent follow-through. She also organized and led numerous educational field trips, overseeing planning, scheduling, permissions, transportation, and student safety-demonstrating her ability to manage complex details while maintaining a calm and organized environment. 

Kayla is deeply committed to purposed work and continuous growth. She approaches every responsibility with integrity, thoughtfulness, and a high internal standards of excellence, with a focus on strengthening systems, relationships, and outcomes for the teams and communities she supports.
