A certified life strategies coach and therapeutic crisis intervention specialist, Lynnea has over two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations. She is skilled in public speaking, team building and community support and has a sharp instinct for analyzing individual behaviors and team dynamics.
Grounded in faith, Lynnea began her work providing direct services to families in crisis, specializing in mental health and substance abuse issues and counteracting the harmful norms that affect communities of color. Through her private practice and positions with Peace Learning Center and Boys & Girls Club of Indianapolis, Lynnea has provided counseling, mediation, program development and executive coaching.
Lynnea holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master’s degree in organizational leadership. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and children and their network of family and friends. She is passionate about travel and interior design and believes that laughing out loud is an important part of every day.
