MADELINE ZOOK

Hailing from an extensive family of educators, Madeline has seen the changing educational landscape from the front seat, including in the classroom as a high school and middle school educator of five years. During her time in the classroom and while obtaining her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction she became a passionate advocate for more equitable education for students in Indianapolis, specifically looking at the impact of policy on practice. Her vision for education is an environment of schools and communities that support students, parents, and teachers through a comprehensive and united approach to school structure, funding, and accountability that addresses the whole student.

As the Data Manager for RISE, she ensures database health and provides support for Policy and Organizing work through analysis of complex data sets. She supports the work of every department at RISE and attempts to display the stories of students and parents in Indianapolis represented by a robust database.
