This program empowers community members with the knowledge and skills to run a political campaign or run for elected office. 

Our community coalitions are groups of mission-driven community members who are determined to build sustainable change with Indianapolis students and families. Whether you are a parent, a professional, an educator, or simply passionate about education, we need your voice and your help in this fight.

RISE + Shine connects historically marginalized families and community members to discuss the issues impacting parents and students in our public school system. Partner organizations will share expertise on topics ranging from technology literacy and the impacts of COVID-19, to school accountability and school safety.
