Head of Operations
As the Head of Operations for RISE INDY, Kendra is responsible for leading the strategic direction of organizational operations, including finance, accounting, human capital, compliance, data, and office administration.
She works closely with the other members of the team to maintain a dynamic organization and culture that fuels growth and equity for RISE INDY, the community, and our team members. Kendra has over 20 years of professional experience in human resources, operations, legal, and administrative departments.
She began her journey with RISE INDY serving as a member of the Advisory Council and then as a professional business consultant. Kendra has a bachelor’ degree in business management and a master’s degree in human resource development. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, has completed leadership and coaching programs, and is a member of both the national and Indianapolis Society of Human Resource Management.
Outside of work, Kendra loves spending time with family and friends, being in contribution to the community, and enjoying music and art.
