OUR PROGRAMS

Through this intensive leadership development program, rising,

executive-level leaders gain the tools and knowledge they need to build long-term influence in education, business and beyond. Fellows learn how to increase civic participation and individual impact in education spaces, preparing them to hold leadership roles in public education and the nonprofit sector.

This program empowers parents and caregivers to improve their students’ literacy rates and get kids to read at or above grade level. Participants are taught the basics of the “science of reading” principles to complement their children’s schoolwork. Through the program, parents also build self-confidence and improve their own literacy skills.

Our community coalitions are groups of mission-driven community members who are determined to build sustainable change with Indianapolis students and families.
