The Civic Engagement Bootcamp (CEB) is a high-impact training program developed by RISE INDY to equip professionals and grassroots community leaders with the tools to lead effectively on nonprofit and charter school boards. Launched with support from the Indianapolis African American Quality of Life Initiative (IAAQLI) and the Indianapolis Urban League, this initiative is designed to deepen civic engagement and expand Black leadership in education decision-making.
