OUR WORK

Intentions, values, and missions are nothing without action. We work in three verticals to crate an equitable public education system: advancing community-driven, multi-generational programming, policy and elections. 

• Our programs bridge opportunity gaps by creating pathways that bring people together to improve public education. 
• We train courageous community leaders to advocate for policies that impact equitable funding for students, such as programs that promote and retain quality teachers and to push for solutions to increate literacy rates and mental health support for students across Indiana. We also support policies that add flexibility for school leaders and empower families to choose education options that work for their children. 
• Our nonpartisan political action committee supports the community and common good by strengthening the campaigns of candidates with equitable, education-forward policies and platforms.
